The last two years, raged by the pandemic, have propelled big changes and challenges for humanity. With the restrictions, we had to quickly adapt to new situations, both in the professional and personal environment. It brought us the opportunity to reflect, looking for strengths to elevate our state of mind and maintain our activities and relying more on technologies to increase synergies. This year forecasts new directions and the focus on a solid restructuring.  

Numerologically, the number 2, three times present in 2022, draws attention to duality, but also the necessary balance to face it, with confidence, cooperation, adaptability and diplomacy.
